Mr. Movie Theater... You've Been Served.

Here is an article about a class action lawsuit for showing ads in a movie theatre. The complaint is that the ads were shown at the movies scheduled start time. That's a very valid complaint.

I would not mind ads before movies one bit, IF the price of the movie was reduced accordingly. Pay two bucks for a movie with 15 minutes of ads? I'd do it. (I'd just make out with my wife until the movie started..)

I love the idea of corporations subsidizing anything, that's the American way right? Privitize NASA. If my tax dollars didn't pay for it, I wouldn't care if the Space Shuttle had a huge Coca-Cola logo on the wings... (Oh, I just remembered an old "7-up" joke that was going around after the first Space Shuttle tragedy.)
