Check out the Nile - totally lit up, except everything beyond it is dark. Also, check out how bright Japan is. Pretty crazy, for being such a tiny place it probably has the highest concentration of light (and population to boot).

I think Hong Kong has the highest percentage of it's land covered in light.
And I was surprised to see India lit up so much.

I was amazed to see how much electricity there is in the Eastern US - and they lied to us saying WE have an energy crises. Now they know that there was no crises it was a way for the state to get richer by spending less ~ less electricity usage = more money in politicians pockets from elec. cos.! Sound like we got screwed!

It's a well known fact that East Coasters are afraid of the dark. So it should come as no surprise that they use more lights.
